Alerts & email reports
Weekly and monthly email summaries, spike and drop alerts, notable backlink alerts, and webhook delivery to Slack or Discord.
Everything here lives on your site's Alerts tab and is configured per site. Reports and alerts are email-first, with an optional webhook for Slack, Discord or your own endpoint.
Email reports
- Weekly report: a summary of the past week's traffic, sent every Monday.
- Monthly report: the same for the past month, sent on the 1st.
Traffic alerts
Numative checks your daily visitors and emails you when they move sharply:

|---|---|---|
| Spike alert | Daily visitors rise by at least the threshold. | 5% to 1000%, default 50% |
| Drop alert | Daily visitors fall by at least the threshold. | 5% to 100%, default 50% |

Backlink alerts
With backlink tracking enabled, Notable backlinks emails you when a high-authority link (Domain Rating 60+) to your site is gained or lost.
Delivery
- Recipient emails: comma-separated. Empty means the organization owner receives everything.
- Webhook URL: optional. Alerts also POST a JSON payload to this URL, which works with Slack and Discord incoming webhooks or any endpoint you run.
