Team & organizations
Invite teammates to your organization, assign owner, admin or member roles, and manage pending invitations.
Everything in Numative belongs to an organization: sites, segments, API keys, billing. Your account gets one when you sign up, and everyone you invite sees the same sites and dashboards. Team management lives under Account → Team.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including granting or revoking the owner role and removing other owners. An organization always keeps at least one owner. |
| Admin | Manage sites and their settings, the team (except owner roles), billing and API keys. |
| Member | View all sites and dashboards, use filters and segments. No settings, team or billing access. |
Inviting people
- Invite sends an email with a join link. You pick the role (admin or member) when inviting; pending invitations are listed and can be cancelled until accepted.
- Roles can be changed later from the member list. Promoting someone to owner, demoting an owner or removing one is owner-only.
- Removing a member revokes their access to every site in the organization immediately.
