Plans & billing
The 14-day trial, what each plan includes, how the event quota and grace period work, and keyword pack add-ons.
Billing is per organization and managed under Account → Billing by owners and admins. Payments run through Polar; the billing portal holds your invoices and lets you change or cancel anytime.
The trial
New organizations get a 14-day free trial of the full product, no card required. When it ends without a plan, new data collection pauses and premium features lock, but your existing analytics stay safe and viewable. Subscribing picks up right where you left off.

Every plan includes the full feature set: goals, funnels, behavior flow, custom properties, the Stats API, email reports and Search Console. Plans differ in volume, not features.
The event quota
An event is a pageview, a custom event, or a server-captured bot visit. The quota is monthly and shared across all your sites. If you go over:
- Collection continues through a 7-day grace period while you decide whether to upgrade. Nothing is dropped.
- After the grace period, new events are paused until the month resets or you upgrade. Your dashboards and history stay available.
Current usage is shown on the Billing page with a live meter.
Keyword pack add-ons
If you need more tracked keywords than your plan includes, add-on packs stack on top of it and can be combined:
