Plans & billing

The 14-day trial, what each plan includes, and how the pageview quota and grace period work.

Billing is per organization and managed under Account → Billing by owners and admins. Payments run through Polar; the billing portal holds your invoices and lets you change or cancel anytime.

The trial

New organizations get a 14-day free trial of the full product, no card required. When it ends without a plan, new data collection pauses and premium features lock, but your existing analytics stay safe and viewable. Subscribing picks up right where you left off.

Sizes

Pricing is a slider, not a set of tiers. Pick the monthly pageview volume you need and everything else scales with it. Each row below is one stop on the slider; the yearly price is 17% cheaper because you pay for ten months instead of twelve.

Every size includes the full feature set: goals, funnels, behavior flow, custom properties, the Stats API, email reports and Search Console. Sizes differ in volume, not features. Aggregated traffic history is kept forever on every size.

Your aggregated traffic history is kept forever on every plan: visitors, visits and pageviews over time go back to your site's first day and never expire. The raw, row-level detail that powers breakdowns, filters, journeys, per-visitor paths and page speed is kept for a per-plan window (see the table). Older detail is rolled into the permanent aggregates rather than deleted outright, so long-range trends stay intact and only the deep drill-down for very old dates ages out.

The pageview quota

Only human pageviews count toward your plan: page loads by real visitors, as reported by the tracker or your GA4 connection. Custom events, autocaptured clicks, errors, page speed and server-captured bot and AI crawler visits are all collected free. The allowance is monthly and shared across all your sites. If you go over on a paid plan:

  • Nothing is interrupted and there is no overage bill. We move you up one stop on the slider so every pageview is still collected.
  • You only pay the difference. The change is prorated across the rest of your billing period, never a full extra month.
  • At most once per billing period, and never past 50M pageviews a month. Above that we get in touch and size a plan with you instead of charging automatically. You can move back down at any time.
We chose automatic steps over metered overage charges deliberately. Refusing a pageview loses it forever, and a surprise usage invoice is the thing people most dislike about analytics billing. A step is a predictable, prorated move to the next size, and you are emailed every time one happens.

During the free trial there is no billing relationship, so there is nothing to step up to. Collection continues through a 7-day grace period (up to 1.5x the allowance) and then pauses until you subscribe. Your dashboards and history stay available throughout.

Current usage is shown on the Billing page with a live meter.

Free telemetry, meaning custom events, autocaptured clicks and form submissions, page speed and JavaScript errors, is never billed and never counts toward the allowance. Together it has a fair-use ceiling of 4x your plan's monthly pageviews, which almost no site reaches; past it, collection of the free telemetry pauses until the next month while pageviews keep flowing. See Click autocapture. Bot and crawler traffic is also free, with no ceiling at all: it isn't your doing.

Every plan detects new and lost backlinks in full: the daily counts are exact no matter how big your link profile is. What scales with the plan is depth, meaning how many of your actual links Numative stores and lists for you, best first. Backlink data never counts toward your monthly pageview quota.
